How do I get in touch with you?
Please contact our Divine Customer Service line at 1-800-304-4090 with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We are here to ensure that you have the best experience possible.
Insurance
Are you insured?
We carry a $5M General Liability and a $1M Garage Keepers policy protecting you, others, and your vehicle. Please do make sure your valuables are removed from your vehicles, as we are not responsible for theft. All claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of the completion of your reservation.
Valets
How are your valets screened?
Each of our valets go through rigorous interviews and training process. They must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check. Divine has a zero tolerance for any drug, alcohol, or any other substance use.
Reassurance
Where is my car parked when I use Divine?
Your vehicle is safely parked in one of our designated secured lots.
What if my phone dies while you have my car?
Not a problem! You may contact us at our Divine Customer Service line. We will get in contact with your valet and make certain that your vehicle is safely delivered to you.
What if I leave something in my car?
If your valet is in transit to the parking lot, give them a call and they will double back to return your item. Otherwise, you can call our Divine Customer Service line and a member of our team will assist you immediately.

We are currently operating in the Downtown Business District and Over-The-Rhine in Cincinnati, Ohio.
What are your hours of operation?
In Cincinnati:
Thursday: 5 PM – 1 AM
Friday: 5 PM – 1 AM
Saturday: 5 PM – 1 AM
Sunday: 5 PM – 1 AM
Can I park overnight?
Yes – we provide overnight storage in our secured garages! Prices may vary by city, so please refer to your app for the most accurate information.
Cost
How much does it cost?
Our pricing is a flat rate of $15. If the car is not returned by closing time, it will be stored overnight with an additional $15 per day charge. When there are events that cause demand to increase significantly, Divine reserves the right to increase the flat rate.
How do I pay?
Divine’s On-Demand Valet Service is a cashless transaction. Once we deliver your vehicle to you, your linked credit card will automatically be charged and you’ll receive a receipt in your email inbox.
