Bret Leming

CO-FOUNDER, SENIOR VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Bret joined Divine Parking Solutions team in 2010 and started in the field as a valet attendant. Bret has rapidly risen through multiple positions and now handles Divine's internal day-to-day business operations, accounting, new business opportunities, and investor relations. His focus and process-orientated nature have been vital to maintaining stability throughout his tenure at Divine. Bret is well versed in working in unison with municipalities to build sustainable and compliant processes and procedures. Bret treats every business relationship like any other relationship in his life. These relationships are built on trust and integrity.

Kiernan Radtke

General Manager

Columbus, Ohio market

Kiernan has been with Divine Parking Solutions since 2021 and started in the field as a valet attendant. Kiernan has been in many different roles, including administration, human resources, and manages the day to day logistics in the Columbus, Ohio market. Kiernan currently leads all field operations by ensuring the proper training procedures, developing client relationships, and maintaining consistent operational excellence in the Columbus, Ohio market.

Joseph Jones

vp of Operations

Joseph joined Divine Parking Solutions team in 2016 and started in the field as a valet attendant. Joseph excelled quickly with the Divine team, and now oversees all markets that Divine currently operates in. Joseph’s exceptional people skills allows him to have success in hiring the best candidates for the Divine team, as well as building and maintaining Divine’s culture of excellence. Joseph currently leads all field operations by ensuring the proper training procedures, developing client relationships, and maintaining consistent operational excellence throughout all markets. Joseph identifies project risks and dependencies while balancing the strategic direction of our operations to ensure best practices are utilized in all markets.

Israel Rivera

AREA MANAGER, OHIO MARKETS

Israel joined Divine Parking Solutions team in 2020 and started in the field as a valet attendant. Israel’s leadership and communication skills allowed him quickly excel within the company ranks. The culture that Israel instills in all of his relationships are a great benefit to his success in building client relationships, and most importantly, employees that work side-by-side with Israel.
